SWISSVAULT assists users with effective file version management and an ultra-fast search facility, so they can archive their electronic data simply and easily.
The SWISSVAULT StorageCenter or TwinCenter is also a low-cost facility for mass data storage. SWISSVAULT can thus meet basic electronic archiving needs.
Data deposited in the SWISSVAULT StorageCenter has its original file structure intact. Any previously saved version of a file remains accessible, even if more recent versions exist under the same filename. A built-in search engine quickly locates files based on their full names, or just a few characters. Actual file content is safely encrypted in the SWISSVAULT StorageCenter, so it is not directly accessible.
Retention periods for electronically archived data can be centrally defined for any number of file categories and/or user groups. That eliminates the possibility of accidentally or deliberately erasing data within the statutory retention period.

A clear interface provides users with a rich set of capabilities. Operation can be fully automatic, while a backup/restore may be initiated manually at any time. There are also facilities for selecting data and tracking down archived files. |

The Administrator (e)
The administrator module includes tools for setting up automated procedures and monitoring their execution. It is the central control panel for managing users, groups, licences, storage, and acceptable/unacceptable file formats. It can also send e-mail notification of alarms and status messages.

Optional management modules are available for the most popular databases and file systems. You can set up, run and monitor thoroughly professional database backups, complete with open file management support.
